Shrimp Etouffee: This was delicious.  I'm not a big sea food guy, but this had great flavor.  Had the right amount of heat.  Seared Flank Steak: Parsnip puree was incredible.  I would have never guess this wasn't mashed potato.  The steak was a little to rare for our liking.  I ended up reheating the steak by its self to cook it more.  I think because of that we lost the flavor of the chimichurri sauce.  The steak was very tender once reheated.
